When you get bad news or you’re in a bad situation, do you start to get in a negative thinking rut about it?
 
Does the bad news make you feel down and you find yourself going over and over about it in your head?
 
It’s not a very helpful way of thinking.
 
I was reminded myself of this with the Chinese farmer story.
