Here are 4 ways which I’ve found have really helped me move on from this.
You have control over your thoughts

Know that you have control over your thoughts.

Stop reinforcing your negative thoughts

Stop reinforcing the thoughts you don’t want to have.

You might be doing this without thinking.

Switch your thoughts

Switch the negative to the positive.


By finding the opposite positive thought to the negative one.

Repeat these steps how to stop negative thoughts

Rinse and repeat as and when needed!
