Getting stuck in a negative thought cycle
At times, do you get caught up in a negative thought cycle?

Here are 4 ways which I’ve found have really helped me move on from this.

Know that you have control over your thoughts.

Stop reinforcing the thoughts you don’t want to have.
You might be doing this without thinking.

Switch the negative to the positive.
How?
By finding the opposite positive thought to the negative one.

Rinse and repeat as and when needed!
