Too busy to mediate?

Meditation tips for busy people

Sometimes it can feel as if you are too busy to spend time meditating.
Rather than thinking of meditation as yet another thing to do, think of it as the one time in the day when you don’t have anything to do at all.
I find that first thing in the morning (as I start my day) or last thing at night (when I close off for the day) works best for me. 
Find the time that suits you the best. 
Challenge yourself to find a little time to meditate today!
