Our lives seemed to change literally overnight. Some were forced with a break from work, and amidst financial worries, found themselves with more time on their hands. Others were robbed of what precious little time they did have, and were forced into a world of home working, home schooling and home management.

For me, I’m extremely grateful for my health right now. But for a girl who enjoys, no needs, her own time and headspace, it’s been especially tough. 

“Boy, is the lockdown life hard sometimes.”

There are some good tips here I’ve also discovered that in order to manage my own wellbeing, I must make time for me, a little everyday, in order to be my best during these strange times.

So, if you’ve been feeling the same way, ditch that guilt and carve out some self-care time every single day.
