April is stress awareness month
Although some stress is really OK and can help you get motivated and take action, long-term, severe stress is dangerous to your physical and mental health.
This year’s #choosehope campaign from the Stress Management Society is inspiring people to take action in creating a positive change for themselves.
For me, one of the most effective things you can do for yourself when stress gets into the risky zone is to pause and take a break. Regularly.
