Raising awareness of mental health issues at work

I was delighted to be working with the team at Techary to deliver an exciting wellbeing event on World Mental Health Day on Tuesday 10 October 2023.

The company

Techary is a young innovative tech business that procures, implements and supports technology for their customers across the world.

The company wanted to prioritise the wellbeing and mental health of their staff and so hosted an exciting wellbeing event at their offices in the UK for World Mental Health Day.

The event was held concurrently at their London and Orpington offices.

I facilitated the London event and my business partner, Paul Stevens, from Future Life Coaching hosted the Orpington office event.

Wellbeing hampers at Techary

The World Mental Health day began with delicious and nutritious breakfast platters for the staff to enjoy as they arrived at the office.

Techary stepped up by giving these fantastic wellbeing hampers to everyone.

They were packed with goodies from vitamins to protein bars to face masks! 

The stress ball was a real favourite!

Mental health sessions

Employees were invited to attend mental health sessions that were run throughout the day.

The team at Techary were brilliant, they approached these sessions with enthusiasm and really engaged with the content.
